Me Ludovic Timbal Duclaux de Martin is an Avocat à la Cour (2000 class with an admission in 1998) registered in the Paris Bar as sports agent (Mandataire Sportif). He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Licence en droit) from the French Paris X University obtained in 1996. In 2002, Ludovic took a sabbatical leave. The experience of Ludovic comes from magic circle law firms. He was sent to London in secondment within the European Associate Programme (2006).
In 2018, he won the Business Lawyer Global Award for France (CorporateLiveWire).
He joined in September 2018 the LIL (Leaders in Law) legal network as the exclusive sports lawyer.

He holds a certificate in private law and contract enforcement in the United – States of America and in France (contracts and arbitration) from Yale University / Paris II – Panthéon – Assas (2015).
Ludovic is generally praised from peers for his well-developed general legal background (both in private and public law) and, in some areas, his extensive knowledge. He is described as having an undeniable technical expertise with strong technical and drafting skills (French and English). He is known to have a strong capability to convey complex topics in engaging and accessible ways.
