Professional Biography:

Court of cassation lawyer admitted to the Bar Association of Power, he specialized with honors in Administrative Law and Administration Science at the University Federico II of Naples.

Assists companies and governments in matters related to technology law (digitalization and dematerialization, open government, open data, privacy, startup) and administrative law (procurement, construction, urban planning, public tax liability and public employment) out of court and out of court. Author of numerous publications in the areas of activity, wrote the books “The new Digital Public Administration”, “Law in the clouds: legal aspects of cloud computing” and is co-author of – among others – of the texts “The websites of Public Administrations “and” How can you open data. “He has also collaborated on some items for the “Dictionary of computer science” published by Treccani.

Since 2006, he has a blog on the Law of the new “Law 2.0” technologies and collaborates with “Wired.it”, “CheFuturo”, “Agendadigitale.eu” and “IlFattoQuotidiano.it”.
