Carola C. Serrate Tarabillo was born in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. In 1996, she graduated as an attorney from the Bolivian University Gabriel Rene Moreno, in Santa Cruz.

In June, 2004, she obtained a Labor Law Degree from the Private University (UPSA) of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

In September, 2006, she finished a specialty in Penal Law Upgrade from the University Gabriel Rene Moreno in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and obtained the Superior Education Mayor Degree from Catolica Boliviana San Pablo University of Bolivia.

She has experience offering juridical advice in proper matters of Corporate, Association and Labor Rights. She has attended to numerous courses and seminars and upgrades in the referred areas.
