Alexander is a Partner and the Head of our Probate and Conveyancing Department. He was admitted to practise law in 1988 and has considerable experience acting in real estate transactions, mortgages, leases, land registration and estate administration.
He possesses a wealth of knowledge especially in the area of real estate developments, having played a material role in the implementation of several projects across the island. Alexander also acts on behalf of clients requiring the modification of restrictive covenants and has a significant amount of experience in making applications to the Supreme Court for the modification and discharge of these covenants.
He is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association (JAMBAR) and sits on the association’s Conveyancing Committee.

Glimpses of the Past
In 1929, two young lawyers, Douglas Joseph Judah, and Charles Harry Randall joined forces to establish the firm, Judah & Randall. This was the beginning of a partnership that was to develop into one of Jamaica’s outstanding law firms. They were later joined by another young lawyer, Noel N. Nethersole, who was admitted to practice in 1931. He joined as a partner, and the firm came to be known as Judah, Randall & Nethersole, carrying on practice at 11, Duke Street in Kingston.
